Traveller Information (Per Room)

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per person is required. Final Payment Date is due 75 days prior to departure date unless otherwise requested by hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES:
• Up to and including 60 days prior to departure: The deposit is non-refundable.
• 59 to 21 days prior to departure: 50% of total price is non-refundable.
• Less than 21 days before travel: 100% of total price is non-refundable.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS:
Updated group pricing, taxes, fees, surcharges and promotions will apply to changes of room category, room occupancy, hotel, gateway, and departure date. No refunds if the new price is lower.
• 90+ days prior to departure: No change fees.
• 89 to 60 days prior to departure: $150 per person.
• 59 to 21 days prior to departure: $300 per person.
• Less than 21 days before travel: Considered a cancellation; full penalties apply.

NAME CHANGES: (First or last name corrections involving 3 or more characters)
• 90+ days prior to departure: No change fee.
• 89 to 60 days prior to departure: $150 per name.
• 59 to 21 days prior to departure: $300 per name.
• 21 days prior to departure and thereafter: Full cancellation penalties apply.
